"Rights worth having are unruly things"

Thursday 5 February 2008: Today the Appeal Court handed down judgement in the judicial review (Tabernacle V Secretary of State for Defence). The judges unanimously determined that our camp - as a form of protest - should not be criminalised and therefore quashed byelaw 7(2)(f) prohibiting camping.
